Randall J. Cornwall, J.D.
Owner, General Manager

An active member of the Washington State Bar Association, Randy is responsible for supervising the closing of all transactions and drafting all legal and other conveyance documents which are a necessary part of the escrow process.  With an in depth knowledge of the legal system and the legal issues surrounding real estate transactions, Randy brings a level of expertise above and beyond your typical closing agent.

Randy acted as the Designated Escrow Officer of Ashcroft Escrow, LLC. from September of 2002 until October of 2008, at which point he reorganized Ashcroft into a law firm - Ashcroft Legal & Escrow Services, PLLC.  Randy is also a member of both the American Escrow Association and the Escrow Association of Washington.

Stefanie B. Jones
Senior Closing Assistant

A veteran of the escrow industry, Stefanie (or Stef as everyone calls her), brings over ten years of experience to the closing table.  With previous experience at Pacific Northwest & Old Republic Title, Stef knows how to handle the pressures of the "end of the month rush."
